New Artist Management Company Built Around Artist Development, Transparency and Putting the Music First

MOBILE, ALABAMA — August 2026 — A new voice is entering the independent music management world.

Stay Loud Management has officially launched under the leadership of owner Kevin Harris, bringing an artist-first approach to management, promotion, development and career strategy for emerging and established artists.

Built on the belief that management should work for the artist, not the other way around, Stay Loud Management was created to give hardworking bands and musicians access to professional guidance without losing control of who they are or what they are trying to build.

Harris brings years of experience working directly within the rock and independent music communities through radio, media, live events, artist interviews, promotion and industry networking. His work within the music industry has put him in direct contact with artists, labels, publicists, venues, festivals and other music-industry professionals across the country.

Now, Stay Loud Management takes that experience and puts it directly to work for artists.

“Stay Loud Management was created because I believe there are incredible bands out there that don't need someone trying to change who they are. They need someone willing to work beside them, fight for opportunities and help them build something sustainable,” said Harris. “This isn't about making the management company the star. It's about the bands. It always will be.”

Stay Loud Management will provide artists with services including artist management, tour and show strategy, release rollout planning, social media consulting, sponsorship outreach, branding, press and media coordination, merchandise strategy, radio promotion and festival pitching.

The company will also offer many services on an à la carte basis, allowing independent artists to get help where they need it without being forced into expensive packages or long lists of services they don't need.

That philosophy is at the heart of the company.

Stay Loud Management isn't being built around collecting as many artists as possible. The goal is to build meaningful relationships with a select roster and become an active part of each artist's team.

For Harris, the launch is also an extension of something much bigger.

The Stay Loud name represents speaking up, supporting one another and using music to build community. Those same principles will carry into the management company as it works to create opportunities for artists while encouraging a healthier, more supportive independent music scene.

Kevin Harris is a radio personality, media host, music promoter and artist advocate who has spent years supporting emerging rock music. Through his work within the music industry, Harris has interviewed and promoted artists from across the country while developing relationships throughout the music, radio, live entertainment and media industries.

Known on-air as “Special K,” Harris has made supporting new music a central part of his work and is bringing that same philosophy to Stay Loud Management.
